Why the oenologist recommends Michele Chiarlo Barbaresco DOCG Asili 2017
Nebbiolo Barbaresco DOCG Asili 2017 by Michele Chiarlo. For those who are not aware of it, Asili is a particular mention of Barbaresco DOCG. The latter can only be used in the four municipalities of Barbaresco, Neive, Alba and Treiso. This Asili is built in an area of just one hectare. The wine produced will be young, but already manages to be drunk with a deep pleasantness. It is one of those Piedmontese reds that you sip, put the glass down and after two seconds take it back in your hand to drink it again. Who knows in a few years. Definitely balanced...
