Rivera's Lama dei Corvi is a Chardonnay of great structure and elegance, grown in the eponymous vineyard, characterized by rocky limestone soils at 350 meters above sea level in the Castel del Monte area. This wine represents the excellence of Rivera's white wines, combining the richness of oak with the freshness and minerality typical of the Murgia soils.

The grapes are harvested by hand in the second week of August in 20-kg crates. After gentle pressing, the must ferments in new French oak barriques (Allier) at 18°C. The wine ages in the same barriques for 8 months, with a rigorous biweekly bâtonnage program to enrich its structure and aromatic complexity. It is then aged in bottle for a further 6 months before being released, giving the product balance and excellent ability to evolve over time.

• Abv: 13.50% Vol.
• Appearance: Deep straw yellow, brilliant, and with excellent consistency in the glass.
• Aroma: A rich and complex yet fresh bouquet. Hints of banana and ripe apricot are evident, enriched by refined spicy notes of cinnamon and saffron that enhance the profile without ever overpowering the clarity of the fruit.
• On the Palate: Of great richness and complexity, it stands out for its balance between the structure provided by the wood and the mineral freshness. The finish is elegant, long, and persistent.
• Aging Potential: If properly cellared, Lama dei Corvi evolves happily for 5-6 years after harvest.
