Why I suggest Dame&Fuet Bio Langhe Rosso DOC
Blend of Nebbiolo grapes from Montelupo Albese, Barbera and Dolcetto D’Alba and Pinot Nero, a French clone, comes from the Calupo vineyard of the Giribaldi company. Performing vines arrive copiously in the bottle with a load of responsibility to demonstrate the great effort and long wait. A commendable research path for authentic quality.
The Sommelier: robust and typical cuvée of northern Italy; from Dolcetto, Pinot Nero, Barbera and Nebbiolo. Elegant nose of raspberry, red current and cherry. Some oak, tobacco, undergrowth and a spice box. Fresh fruity finish.
Recommended pairings: Excellent wine with risotto and mushrooms, orecchiette from Bari with vegetables; macerate red meats, grilled sausages; good with Treviso radicchio and scottona burgers.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 18/20 ° C in a Ballon glass.
Wine cellar: Bio, for Mario Giribaldi, is a lifestyle, a choice. Having come to the awareness of the search for authentic quality with absolute values with respect for everyone, especially for the territory, flora and fauna. Since the ecosystem is the fulcrum that needs attention ...
