Why the winemaker recommends Castel Sallegg Karal Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC
Even with the 2020, you can't go wrong here! young and intriguing, it has a fruity impact, even if still a little raw. Very fresh palate, dry, with a rather slender body and already good to drink.
Characteristics of the Karal Pinot di Castel Sallegg
The Karal di Castel Sallegg is a Pinot Nero from Alto Adige with a broad and important structure and a dense and caressing tannic texture. The olfactory profile offers intense smoky notes that overlap with characteristic spicy, leather and berry tones. Excellent taste balance that translates into an already very persistent, savory and dry sip. Great evolutionary potential.
Recommended pairings for this red wine Trentino Alto Adige
