Why I suggest Langhe Nebbiolo San Francesco DOC 2021
The stubbornness, courage and determination shown by the nebbiolo producer in the Barolo area, fuel the choices for producing excellent quality wine. Nebbiolo San Francesco is surprisingly perfect. Well ripe with a feeling of both olfactory and gustatory freshness, the acid vein supports the whole sip. Langhe Nebbiolo by Roberto Voerzio is a great example of the pursuit of perfection.
Sommelier:
Conspicuous dark, it dyes the garnet red glass. Concentration: the alcohol content reaches 14.50% vol. Olfactory freshness: fruit aromas mixed with atypical nuances and intriguing hints. In the mouth it flows steadily and progressively, showing itself full-bodied and silky. A sip supported by the acid vein and showcases the evolution of tannins, which have tended to soften over the years with aging. A majestic finish in persistence.
Suggested pairings:
Excellent with sausage and broccoli, porcini mushrooms sautéed with Barolo, extraordinary with dried fruit at the end of lunch.
Uncork Langhe Nebbiolo San Francesco DOC 2021 and let ventilate before serving at 18 ° C. in large Ballon chalice.
