Fruity as an aperitif, good but demanding, excellent with dishes. Probably especially as a table wine.
Sensory Profile
A fine Pinot blanc with great emphasis on green apple. The aroma and taste are truly wonderful. Slightly fruity with a refreshing aftertaste. Good acidity, slightly bitter touch in the finish
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
An excellent white from the Dolomites, it goes well with both meat and fish: best with seafood.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10 and 12°C in a Tulipano glass.
