Characteristics of Grosjean Les Fréres red wine
Les Fréres Pinot Noir balanced and elegant. Light-bodied despite the 13.5% and medium aromas and persistence. Despite being a good wine, it confirms that in terms of territory for Pinot Noir, the Aosta Valley cannot compete with Alto Adige but in the Italian panorama it can play at best for the silver medal.
On the nose it expresses the quintessence of the varietal thanks to notes of small berries, blackberry and blueberry, and coffee. A certain balsamic quality then opens up to an elegant, fresh tasting, highly drinkable and with an incisive tannic texture, whose finish is remembered for its cleanliness and persistence.

Les Fréres goes well with aperitifs and not too mature cheeses. With a bite of mountain pasture fontina.
