Garganega, a varietal fruit of grapes with a thousand defects, gives birth to an incredible sparkling wine with a delicate and sober taste, particularly suitable also between meals.

Sommelier:

Pleasant charmat method bubble, with a fine and composed perlage, pale and bright yellow, a rather intense nose where ripe yellow-fleshed fruits are prevalent, the presence of citrus fruits give a right balance reminiscent of the classic Muscat, perfect as an aperitif.

Recommended pairings:

Risotto alla Barese with mushrooms and baked potatoes; saffron risotto, white meat main courses; marinated fish, cod alla vicentina. Medium-aged cured meats and cheeses.
