Why I suggest Fonte Soave Classico DOC Veneto
Garganega is the main vine used in fresh and delicate wines of the designation of origin of Soave, Veneto. Complexity and intensity makes it elegant, its freshness makes it young capable of adapting easily to a thousand tastes.
Sommelier:
White grape variety, medium peel, thick golden skin and very juicy pulp. In the odor, it presents a great wealth of aromatic compounds, referring to floral perfumes such as peach blossoms, fruits: apricot and apple, as well as almonds, and even herbs. On the palate, the Garganega wine is delicate and fruity, medium bodied, a discrete alcohol content of 12.50% vol, balanced acidity and velvety enough.

A dry wine made with Garganega is excellent with an aperitif based on crustaceans, crudités, mussel risotto with garlic and parsley, or for a generous portion of fried zucchini, loves raw seasoned with mountain cheeses.
