Why I suggest Ramandolo DOCG 2021
Seriousness and dedication reward this creation a set of unique perfumes and aromas. Drying in the plant and manual harvest, late from late October to mid-November. Soft pressing of dried and botrytized grapes followed by fermentation in second or third passage barriques. Refinement of at least one year in wood after a good late harvest. It is not overly sweet, and therefore very appreciable from my point of view.
Sommelier:

It probably denotes a possible long aging. The finish is very soft, Acacia. Persistence quite appreciable even if .. It disappears suddenly.
