The Sommelier: the Wine got dgrapes Dolcetto 100%, the wine is limpid with a degree alcolico13,00%, color intense ruby red, with violet reflections, typical of dolcetto, To the nose, the bouquet is fruity and pronounced hints of cherry. The flavour isdry, good body, sapid and velvety, with slight almondy aftertaste.
Food pairings: Excellent with risotto and truffles, Agnolotti, Tagliatelle al ragù, Polenta, mixed Boiled meats, soft cheeses, blue cheeses, Parmesan.
Do oxygenate the wine by pouring in decander before serving at a temperature of 18-20°C in the chalice Ballon.
The alcohol is 13.00% vol.
