Barbera d’Alba Funtanì DOC (14.5% ABV): a rich red wine from La Morra old vines. Notes of plum, cacao and vanilla. Full-bodied and fresh palate. Best with roasts, stews and cheeses.

Cordero Langhe Nebbiolo DOC (14% ABV): a fresh, agile red from La Morra and Alba. Notes of raspberry, strawberry and violet. Fine tannins and crisp palate. Best with cold cuts and ragù.

Cordero Barbera d’Alba DOC (14.5% ABV): a fresh, vibrant red from La Morra. Notes of cherry, plum and currant. Agile, sapid and balanced palate. Best with rich pasta and grilled meat.

Cordero Pelaverga Fuoricasa DOC (12.5% ABV): a fresh, spicy red aged in steel. Notes of strawberry and black pepper. Light and crisp palate. Best served chilled (12-14°C) with fish or cold cuts.

Cordero Dolcetto d’Alba DOC (13.5% ABV): a fresh 100% Dolcetto from La Morra. Notes of cherry and berry with an almond finish. Medium body and crisp palate. Best with cold cuts and ragù.

Ca' del Baio Barbaresco Pora 2022 (15% ABV): 100% Nebbiolo from old vines. Notes of plum, violet and licorice. Full, velvety palate with silky tannins. Best with stews and aged cheeses.
