Why I suggest Syrah
International wine, a wine of great personality, a characteristic of this Syrah, and is famous for its spicy notes that UVA interprets with great elegance.
The Sommelier in The wine Syrah has a ruby red color with a glint of violet and bright, of good alcoholic content 13,50% vol. On the nose the scent of jam, with an aftertaste of red fruits-blackberries and blueberries and spices, well-balanced, full-bodied Flavour, soft tannins, balanced and long persistence on the finish.
Combinations recommended: Excellent with the ribollita, Troccoli on guitar, red and white Meat, even with fish sauce, platters of cheeses and cold cuts.
Uncork and serve temperature 16 - 18°C in the chalice Ballon.
