Why I suggest Sariano Rosso Umbria IGT
The Sariano is produced from an old Sangiovese vineyard. Considering the preciousness of the grapes, the fermentation operations are prolonged up to 45 days, part of the wine passes directly into the oak from 25 hl until the time of bottling.
The Sommelier A precious aristocratic wine the color in the glass is deep red with reflections tending to purple; excellent consistency and alcohol content of 13% Vol; aromas of ripe cherry and the prevalence of wood in which it passes. Full flavor with modest roundness and good structure in drinkability, well balanced and intense wine.
Recommended pairings: Potato and mussel rice, truffles, grilled vegetables, grilled radicchio trevigiano with grilled polenta, Cavatelli and rocket, equine meat rolls, Florentine style, smoked buffalo mozzarella, Caprese, Parmesan, Cavatelli cheese and pepper.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 14-16 ° C in Tulipano glasses.
Cellar: ... Pomario Winery positions its own estate. We can define it as "Aristocratic" because the Spalletti Trivelli family descends directly from Venceslao Spalletti Trivelli - Rasponi, nephew of Carolina Bonaparte ... Go to the card.
