Why the winemaker recommends Cotarella Umbria Rosso IGP Trentanni 2021
Earthy, spicy with notes of good fruit in the taste. The quality is typical of Italian reds, there are not enough stars from the sky, but several glasses in Gambero Rosso Vini d'Italia. Excellent accompaniment to a solid pasta dish.
Characteristics of the Trentanni di Cotarella wine
Trentanni Rosso Umbria IGP Intense ruby red , the nose is frank and elegant, ripe red fruit, licorice and a light note of vanilla. In the mouth it is intense, full-bodied with good acidity and well-refined tannins. Retrolfaction confirms what reaches the nose in the first analysis. Good persistence 2021 is ready with some room for improvement. Paired with meats and cheeses, it accompanied them perfectly. Nice wine!

Strozzapreti, pennette carbonara, steamed Brussels sprouts, tomato chicory with tomato, cavatelli and wild rocket. Orecchiette and turnip tops.
