Etna Brut Sosta Tre Santi sparkling wine, a Nerello Mascalese vinified in white. Very transparent bright straw yellow. On the nose, intense aroma of white pulp fruit, bread crust, citrus notes, white floral. Fine bubbles, not too persistent, on the palate it shows great freshness and flavor, rather moved towards the hard parts, captivating to drink.

Sicily in five generations, 1898 Francesco Nicosia, the great-grandfather of Etna wine, already known and appreciated in Europe for its "volcanic" and mineral strength.
