Elegant Tuscan white, Blend between Tuscan Trebbiano and Vernaccia, aged for 8/9 months in steel and tonneaux. Characteristics of the Terre di Tufi Cantina Teruzzi wine

The Terre di Tufi wine is a white wine characterized by a beautiful bright straw yellow colour, with aromas of good intensity and persistence. This wine is the result of a careful production process: after the harvest of the grapes, there is a skin maceration in the press for one night and a delicate pressing the following day. Subsequently, the must undergoes static decantation at low temperatures, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

In the mouth, Terre di Tufi is pleasant, with good complexity and balance. Fruity notes well integrated with those of the wood make the wine intriguing. The marked acidity and flavor that distinguish it make it easy to drink.
