A discreet expression of this singular Piedmontese variety. It is fresh and full of strawberry, rhubarb and pepper. Light-bodied and easy to drink with low tannins.
The Sommelier: Light ruby red with aromas of rose, strawberry, currant, then vegetable herbaceous and slightly spicy. In the mouth it is fresh with good acidity and quite savory. A very pleasant wine for the whole meal.
Serving suggestions: It goes well with meat with polenta and red radicchio; vegetable soup; aged cheeses.
