Characteristics of the Sangiovese wine:

Fattoria Sardi Valle Buia Rosso Toscana IGT. Overall very pleasant wine, surprisingly light. Excellent intense ruby purple color, cherry and cranberry and some vanilla. In addition to Sangiovese, Colorino and red Muscatello are also included. No added sulfites and no oak storage, so little oxidation. Surprisingly strong acidity and evident tannins.
