After letting it breathe, an intense and harmonious bouquet comes out, a pleasure for the senses, velvet tannin, excellent body, perfect harmony, very long persistence. Really not worthy aging potential ... most likely the best Barbera ever drunk!
Characteristics of the Barbera DOC Conterno & Fantino red wine
Magnificent deep red with purple reflections opens to the nose with hints of ripe cherries, dried plums, blueberry juice, notes of vanilla in sticks and notes of chopped hazelnuts. In the mouth it opens wide the freshness and slightly tannic but remains of an off-scale drinkability. Sapid finish with strong fruity returns. Good to drink to buckets !!!
