Why the winemaker recommends Roccheviberti Vigna Lunga Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 2020
From Giorgio Gaber to the “Cru” Bricco Boschis, it is a short step. Barbera d'Alba DOC vineyards and wine, (Vigna Lunga), vines that are over 5 decades old. We like this excellent production and are very gratifying for the constant dedication of the winemakers towards the oldest vine, the Piedmontese Barbera of the Langhe. It has attracted the attention of many, songs and stories have been recorded and dedicated to it, bringing Barbera to the tables of Italians and beyond. The result of severe vinification and fermentation which took place in steel tanks, continuing its stay in 500 liter French oak barrels until bottling, it slowly transmutes aromas and freshness. Incredible... don't you think so!
