Aristocratic wine, expression of the territory in which it was produced.
The Sommelier: the Grapes Arneis 100%, good wine, limpid, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, it has an alcohol content of 12,50% Vol. To the nose, great aroma, large, intensely fruity notes of apricot, hints of lime. Fresh taste, pleasantly dry, soft, harmonious, great structure.
Combinations recommended: Hors d'oeuvres, Snails bourguignon, Mousse, trout caviar, seafood, shellfish, Shellfish, seafood Risotto, Provolone, smoked cheeses in general, Robiola, Crescenza, Stracchino.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a goblet Rhine.
