A fantastic mental and gustatory journey to the islands of Pantelleria and Lipari, with the most famous sweet wines. Production of Moscato d’Alessandria and/or Passito di Pantelleria also known as Zibibbo whose name derives from the Arabic word “zabib” raisins/raisins, grown on typical terraces of Arab origin. From the vinification we obtain the Passito, a fragrant, sweet, enchanting, excellent wine, to be paired with aged cheeses, Sicilian pastries or homemade ones. This Al Quasar is in the dry version of Zibibbo, with the scent of elderberry, almond, fascinating orange blossom, it is also appreciated as an aperitif, with a meal or as a meditation wine.

The grapes come from a model of “heroic agriculture” and as typical of Moscatos, Zibibbo is an aromatic grape. It has a golden yellow color, very fragrant and a thousand facets, it is pleasant and fruity on the nose, with variegated notes of almond, apricot and orange blossom. Full-bodied, sweet on the palate, soft and full-bodied. Persistent with an almond aftertaste, it leaves a fresh aromatic and elegant finish in the mouth.
