Why I suggest Zibibbo Al Quasar Sicilia DOP Bio 2022
A fantastic mental and gustatory journey in the Pantelleria and Lipari Islands, with the most famous sweet wines. Production of Moscato d'Alessandria and / or Passito di Pantelleria also known as Zibibbo whose name derives from the Arabic word "zabib" raisin / raisin, cultivated on typical Arabian terracing. From the winemaking you get the Passito, a fragrant wine, sweet, enchanting, excellent, to be paired with aged cheeses, Sicilian pastries or homemade. This Al Quasar is in the dry version of Zibibbo, with the scent of elderberry, almond, charming zagara is also appreciated as an aperitif, as a meal or as a meditation wine.
Sommelier:
The grapes come from a model of "heroic agriculture" and as typical of Moscati, Zibibbo is an aromatic grape. It has a golden yellow color, very fragrant and a thousand facets, is pleasant and fruity on the nose, with variegated notes of almond, apricot and orange blossom. Great body, sweet on the palate, soft and full-bodied. Persistent with an almond aftertaste, it leaves a fresh, aromatic and elegant finish in the mouth.
