A soft orange as you expect, with intense aromas of citrus and spices, without disjointed acetate whips, with good minerality and freshness on the palate.

AV01 Orange Catarratto of medium intensity. Medium intensity on the nose, very particular with aromas of fermented tea, white pepper and an animal note; in sparkling wine, peaches in syrup and a less defined cosmetic tertiary. In the mouth the body is light with some residual sugar, quite balanced, opens with flavors of cooked orange (marmalade), ripe yellow pulp fruit, then turns spicy with lime pickle, pepper and a light spiciness on the tongue; interesting drink.

Recommended pairings for this Sicilia white wine

Perricone Regnante Sicilia DOP Bio Rallo ideal pairing with aubergine caponata, with fried shad, in carpione, also red and white meats. It accompanies many typical dishes based on baked fish, grilled tuna fillets.
