A tasting master class by Paolo Scavino in Barolo, Ravera is their new high altitude site, (420m) site located in Novello with eastern exposure, fewer hours of sun resulting in slow maturation. Young bouquet, sharp acidity and still tannic, this will require more age in the bottle to give body to the tannins and develop greater complexity.
