It is the most famous white wine of Sardinia. Its origin, its origin is almost certainly Iberian. Very widespread in the north of the island, where the vine has become characteristic of those areas, then in the rest of the island. The light yellow color with light greenish reflections. Floral perfumes, dry taste, soft and full, with 14th alcohol values, and an evolutionary capacity up to 8 years.
The Sommelier: Vermentino di Gallura 100%, bright in the glass, straw-yellow in color. Fine and complex perfume the recognizable fruity notes of the strawberry tree and the fruit of passion. The palate is perfect, balance between the acidity and the enoic power of heat given by alcohol 14.00% Vol. In the long finish, highlights hints of white flowers and acacia.
Suggested pairings: with fish, cooked and raw dishes, crustaceans; risotto, with asparagus au gratin or Sardinian spiny artichokes, and pugliese violet.
Uncork and serve at a temperature between 10 - 12 ° C in the Renano glass.
Winery: ... the mission of the Maison Siddùra is the international recognition of Vermentino. The purest expression that best manages to express Sardinia. The territory, the tradition of winemakers and the enoiche potential of the grapes, merge the union tradition ...
