Why I suggest Chardonnay Langhe DOC 2021

The first notes say that the new world chardonnay with classic oak but the taste is different. It is full-bodied with autumn vegetables like a ratatouille. You have the typical buttery sensation when it enters the mouth for the first time but evolves with notes of mushrooms, parsnips and medium acidity.
