From Erbaluce vineyards to wine with a particular mineral complexity. The Orsolani Brut Classic Method undergoes double fermentation, the second of which is in the bottle, refining on the yeasts for 36 months, completing a process that enriches the aromatic gustatory profile and guarantees maximum freshness. The aromatic bouquet is rich and complex, dominated by aromatic herbs, anise and mint, a delicate hint of bread crust reveals the long stay on the yeasts. A full and structured sip with pleasant mineral flavor and a very dry finish.
