The Sommelier: The Friulano gives to the wine a pale yellow discharge, good consistency and degree 14,00 %vol. To the nose, a floral odor, and expresses notes of bitter almond, elderflower and hay; sour Taste dry, pleasantly bitterish, elegant in his notes, well-balanced and good persistence.
Food pairings: Ideal with first dishes: vegetable risotto, tortelli with herbs. Excellent with crustaceans, and molluscs: snails, razor clams, sweet cured meat, prosciutto, aged cheese, and soft cheeses.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 8 °C. in a chalice, Tulip.
