Why I suggest Gavi DOCG Bio 2023
A large company that with the guidance of the young Piero Rossi Cairo for a few years is experimenting with new things. No more than 65 quintals per hectare for this really interesting courtesy. But this "base" remains a great wine, good in every sense, surpassed only by the Pisè of the same company.
Sommelier:
Pale straw yellow color, unloaded. Citrus and lime notes, very fresh, elegant, soft and sincere. A strong mineral note that mixes with citrus fruits becoming almost brackish. A biodynamic product that I really like. Italian Chablis?
