Characteristics of Cortese wine:
Rovereto Gavi DOCG 2022 Cortese in purity, a nice surprise. Peach and hints of almond, a sweetness only imagined because it is balanced and very pleasant in the mouth. The note of yellow fruits (almost peach risk) emerges in the middle of the sip and remains in the mouth giving a pleasant persistence.
