Characteristics of the Grignolino wine from the Giacosa Brothers

It presents itself to the eye with the ruby red of great transparency typical of this vine. The aromatic side of Grignolino d'Asti is intense and fragrant, based on a predominantly floral matrix to which are added splashes of cherry and a timid hint of citrus. Grignolino plays its trump card in the mouth, i.e. a gentle structure, well-integrated and non-rushing tannins, great freshness deriving from the acid-savory combination, all forming a truly remarkable balance.

Grignolino d'Asti DOC by Fratelli Giacosa is recommended with appetizers, non-spicy first courses, mushrooms, not overly seasoned white meats.
