Le Due Gemme wine an interesting blend of Syrah, Sangiovese and Merlot. 13.50% alcohol. The Syrah gives a delicate aroma of red fruits, the Sangiovese gives acidity and finally the Merlot a fresh and floral aroma.
Recommended pairings for this Sant'Antimo DOC Tuscany red wine
Braised veal, Florentine steak; sliced Argentine beef; stewed meat; grilled vegetables; tortelli with meat sauce; fresh pasta with meat sauce, mushrooms and baked potatoes.
Uncork and serve the Le Due Gemme Sant'Antimo wine at a temperature of 16° - 18°C in a Tulipano glass.
