Why the winemaker recommends Cà La Bionda Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG
Unique and recognizable style of the cellar, lucky to have compared the 3 Amarones of the cellar (classico - ravazzol - ravazzol reserve) one after the other. Nice to see how, despite the same refinements and management of the grapes, the origin of the grapes influences the wine. Vineyards that are a few meters away from each other but with different characteristics. Very elegant and complex Amarone, not fat and very drinkable. He has years ahead of him, an evolutionary curve that in 5-6 years can trigger emotions of a completely different kind, the 5 stars will be guaranteed. A sip that invites you to taste it again.
Characteristics of the Amarone Ravazzol wine from Cà La Bionda
