The vintage was characterized by a rainy climate throughout the spring and a warm Summer during the months of July and August, with sumptuous, large temperature fluctuations between day and night. The harvest began the last week of September.
Vinification The grapes arrived in the cellar, after a careful selection are de-stemmed and softly crushed. Even for this wine, the contact with The skins took place for a few hours. Subsequently, the must was brought up immediately at 0° to block the fermentation. In January ,the output of the new vintage , we frizzantato’ the wine starting from the grape must, thus maintaining very rich, the apparatus is aromatic.
