A blend of great pleasure, Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato and Barbera d'asti, thanks to the structure and to the character of the tannic acid of the Barbera associated with the delicate scents and the softness characteristics of the grape Ruchè. Pleasure and bond with the territory of production are the best description for this intoxicating wine of piedmont from the historic name that represents a characteristic of the region produce wines of the highest quality.
The Sommelier: the Grapes of Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato and Barbera d'asti are fermented in stainless steel. The color of the wine is ruby red with reflections of garnet. Profumi of jam and blueberries. Taste: dry, slightly bitter in the aftertaste, with good alcohol content 12,50%; light tannins, balanced wine and medium persistence.
Food pairings: any type of meal, in particular, to light dishes or moderately fat. Dishes of vegetables, cooked; vegetables, cheeses, cured meats: prosciutto crudo di Parma.
