Why I suggest Teroldego Rotaliano DOC 2023

Vineyards selected in the area of Mezzocorona, the earth, healthy for red wines, harmonious and excellence, the Teroldego Trentino or the “Tiroler Goal” Gold of the Tyrol, and remains the prince of the wine by definition. Raised pergola trentina, with careful selection of the grapes before the harvest, allows for an excellent concentration of sugars and extracts. The wines are fermented in steel tanks and then in large oak casks.

Sensory Profile

Pressing of only the grapes Teroldego, the color of the wine shows a deep ruby red with garnet reflections. The alcohol content of the wine obtained is 12,50 % vol. Intense aroma of forest fruits; the Flavour is complex, velvety, rightly tannic, medium persistent in the final.

Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines

Excellent with cheese, seasoned, cut of argentinian beef, chicken liver with vegetables in the oven, pork roast, polenta, lamb sauce, ravioli with meat sauce, rabbit cacciatore.

Uncork and serve temperature 16 - 18° C in the chalice Tulip.
