The Sommelier: a Wine with excellent red colour and firm, aged 12 months and then a further 36 months in bottle. Intense perfume, with hints of ripe fruit, ripe fruit, dried fruit. Taste is silky, warm enough, good alcohol content 14,50% vol., the long finish.
