Why I suggest Pinot Brut Spumante

It is a decisive sparkling wine, balanced in its acidic and alcoholic components,

Pinot noir grapes vinified in white, (long charmat method) for over a year. Interesting even after a few years of aging. For every good connoisseur a case of Pinot Noir is a must.

The Sommelier: sparkling wine with the traditional Charmat method, straw-yellow color. The aroma is fresh, with a bouquet of ripe fruits, toasted almonds and apricots. On the tongue the wine is soft and dry, with an immediate return of the hint of yeast and bread. Superb in the mouth, complex and full on the palate.

Recommended pairings: A classic with Burgundy snails. Excellent with drudo fish, seafood, pasta with delicate sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats.

Recommended serving temperature 6- 8° C, in Flute glass.
