Characteristics of the Roero Arneis wine from Malvirà

Arneis Roero Docg is elegant and of absolute depth. It is vinified in steel and left to mature for a very small part in wood. Excellent Arneis, yellow fruit and almost honey-like notes on the nose which are clear and decisive on the sip, also pineapple and a certain fatness but not heavy. For this Arneis I recommend pairing it with really excellent and very drinkable appetizers and fish; tongue with Barolo Chinato and counteracts fatness with good acidity.

Uncork and serve the Trinità arneis at a temperature of 12 - 14°C in a Tulipano glass.
