Characteristics of the Roero Arneis wine from Malvirà

Arneis Roero Docg is elegant and of absolute depth. It is vinified in steel and left to mature for a very small part in wood. For this Arneis I recommend pairing it with really excellent and very drinkable appetizers and fish; tongue with Barolo Chinato and counteracts fatness with good acidity.
