Why I suggest Vermiglio Rosso di Montalcino DOC
Sangiovese preserves the expression of absolute balance. The performance characteristics that the Sangiovese wine elaborates in a natural way, allows to reach and satisfy any taste space and pupil satisfying the expectation. The wine that doesn't know a boundary delimited, but it astonishes the most shrewd producer. The fourteen-day fermentation produced a fragrant and fruity wine, recognizable to the nose and palate.
Sommelier:
Bright ruby red. The nose opens with very toasted and balsamic notes, then marasca, orange, wet earth, tomato leaf, wild rose, cut grass, cinnamon, nutmeg, coffee, tobacco. On the palate it is very elegant, of medium structure, ample, with graceful tannins and excellent persistence and acidity.
Recommended pairings:
Vermiglio Rosso di Montalcino DOC large red meat sauce; first courses of legumes or vegetables with lamb; pork in cabbage stew; Horse meat chops better if spicy; Donkey stew, good with the Neapolitan casatiello.
Uncork Vermiglio Rosso di Montalcino DOC and decant several hours before serving at a temperature of 16-18 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.
Winery:
The wines of the new world can compete with Italian wines, what they can never get is the millenary history that each productive territory has cleverly built, consolidated and handed down to the new generations. ...
