For a cuisine with strong and decisive flavors.
The Sommelier: Obtained from dried grapes on the vine of Vernaccia Nera, and placed in barrique for at least three years of aging. alcool 15% vol.
Amber color from the reflux, load, perfumes and aromas that go from the classic honey, to the caramel, to the dried fruits, to the dried figs and to the cinnamon typical of the vine.
Recommended pairings: Excellent with dry pastries, desserts with spicy sweets.
Uncork at the moment and serve at a temperature of 14 C in small Tulipano glasses.
