Why I suggest Chianti Classico Riserva
Tuscany to drink, and the Carpineto winery have helped to expand the knowledge of good wine in the rest of the world. In the Chianti terroir, there are the prerequisites necessary to produce Grandi Vini Rossi. The Chianti Classico DOCG is the backbone of the Carpineto brand, and represents excellent quality. Sangiovese is the king of wines in absolute, together with the Canaiolo, a native variety, they contribute to give the best of their characteristics. For your important wine choices, the axes conquered by the Carpineto wines, make you an attentive connoisseur.
Sommelier:
The classic Chianti is left to look, it appears in the glass of intense ruby red color, limpid and transparent. In the mouth a range of freshness and evolving aromas; taste of ripe fruit, always alive the velvety part. Accentuated the tannin and over time gives way to an increasingly velvety touch. Ample enjoyment at every sip, passing from an initial vinous attack, is remembered with persistence throughout the meal.
Recommended pairings:
Excellent on dishes rich in flavor such as meat sauces, potato roll and roast lamb ribs, vegetable soups, perfect with porchetta, antipasteria of vegetables in oil, rustic pizza and bacon, local cheeses, caciocavallo podolico.
Uncork Chianti Classico Riserva and decant before serving at 18 ° C. in the Grand Ballon cup.
