Why I suggest Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG
The great red wine pays tribute to the Renaissance city of Montalcino and perhaps to the nobility of the time that has handed down this wine to today. So much so that Carpineto, in following my dream of excellent producers, is grateful. Starting from the Tuscan lands of Montepulciano the territory has the appellations and pedoclimatic credentials necessary to produce Grandi Vini Rossi. The Sangiovese vine is absolute and other varieties, in limited matter, give the best of the characteristic properties of freshness, softness, class, the scents of mammola and longevity. A wine reserve of Montepulciano can not go unnoticed for your important choices. Let yourself be won over by the elegance of the Carpineto wines, make you an attentive gourmet.
Sensory Profile
Ruby red wine tending towards garnet, clear and transparent with purple reflections. In the mouth dry, warm and rich in evolving aromas; taste of ripe fruits. The presence of tannins is felt and over time has been made soft, velvety. Great enjoyment at every sip, a robust and prolonged attack in the finish with exceptional persistence.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
Mixed meat sauces, Porchetta di Ariccia, pan with potatoes and baked mushrooms; vegetable and pork soups; perfect with appetizers of vegetables in oil, even slightly spicy, Caciocavallo podolico.
Uncork and decand before serving at 18 ° C temperature.
