Why I suggest Friulano
Really excellent, a nice aromatic and savory Friulian. Very balanced, the usually more decisive notes of the Friulanos seem expertly blunt for more pleasure. The final product is however of remarkable workmanship, as this winery has accustomed us and that never misses a beat.
The Sommelier: Bright straw yellow, wide and intense nose with fruity notes of pineapple, pear, banana, accompanied by scents of citrus fruit and floral puffs of elderberry and almond blossoms. Mineral and herbaceous base with balsamic hints of sage and sea breeze. Good fresh-savory balance with persistent fruity and floral returns.
