Why I suggest Langhe Nebbiolo Il Crutin
When you taste this delicious Barzone from Manzone, you remember yourself, because you did well to visit this beautiful vine. A very impressive wine once you manage it properly. Let it breathe and let it breathe a little more and then enjoy a whole spectrum of aromas.
Il Sommelier: Bright ruby red color with pretty transparent garnet red nuances; the nose is intense, clean, very pleasant and refined. Opens with notes of cherry, plum and violet followed by aromas of raspberry ... cyclamen ... pink ... strawberry ... vanilla ... menthol finish. In the mouth it is rightly tannic, however balanced by alcohol, good body with intense flavors and pleasant freshness. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. Very good.
Recommended pairings: Argentine beef and grilled polenta; Baked potato, mushroom and truffle pan. Horse meat chops; Fresh pasta and fresh tomato ragu, Sardinian pecorino, celery and black olives.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.
Wineries: The winery holds three Cru falling into the area between Serralunga d’Alba, Castiglione Folletto, Monforte d'Alba ...
