Characteristics of the Sangiovese blend wine:
Sensory nuances of taste are closely linked to the production area of Linda Bolgheri wine. This blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot belong to the southern Mediterranean, a breezy and sunny place. The wine has acquired its natural color, the red which becomes more intense with the cabernet, brilliant, clear and consistent, and a good alcohol content 14.00% vol; The sun-ripened fruit is enriched with perceptible and distinct delicate sensations and smells: fruit jam, full-bodied cherry, notes and hints of vanilla. Elegant wine with an imprint of freshness at the first sip, the presence of Sangiovese dampens the tannic texture of the Sauvignon making it round, harmonious and balanced. With the aging in barrique, the slight herbaceous aftertaste of Merlot gives a strong connotation in a modern key.

Linda Bolgheri DOC 2020 Tenute Rossetti with roast lamb, fresh pasta with meat sauce; grilled red and white meats; grilled aubergines, pickled vegetables, hams and cheeses; it goes well with fresh fruit: nectarines and dried fruit.
