The Sommelier: Deep purple red and almost impenetrable with a slightly ruby rim. The nose is intense and penetrating. The aromas are elegant and reminiscent of blackberry, cassis, mint, juniper, black pepper, nutmeg and more bloody and ethereal sensations in the nose. Beautiful aromatic complexity.
