Why I suggest Pinot Bianco
In my humble opinion, pinot bianco is an ideal wine for those who want food with strong emotions. This bottle gives something more which is certainly the expression of the wonderful territory from which it comes.
The Sommelier: Straw yellow with light green hues. It immediately shows the great elegance, in which it combines fruity hints with a mineral note that reveals hints of bread and hazelnut crust. Elegance takes substance in a balanced combination of structure, finesse and a pleasant acidity.
Suggested pairings: Vegetarian or vegan dishes, risotto with asparagus, mixed salads: fennel, tomatoes, peppers or imaginative fruit and vegetable salads; tofu cooked in the most varied ways. Excellent with shellfish; raw ham, mountain cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 12-14 ° C in a Tulip glass.
