Ingredients:

artichokes (63%), sunflower oil 32%, wine vinegar, sea salt, aromatic herbs, spices. Acidity regulator: citric acid; L-ascorbic acid antioxidant.

Energetic and warming vegetable to be consumed in winter and with the arrival of spring they become a real cure-all thanks to their purifying properties that help the body detoxify from toxins.

Use them to enrich your already excellent main courses, for example: side dishes, in appetizers. It turns out to be a favorite vegetable to accompany practically many first courses: with cold rice salads, with pasta; excellent on pizza with vegetables, at the four seasons.
